Where are classes held?
All classes will be held at Sozo Family Fitness - 510 Columbia Avenue, Chapin
What equipment will be used?
Classes will incorporate a variety of equipment including weights, bands, and machines. We will provide EVERYTHING you need!
Are there locker rooms with showers so I can freshen up before going back to work?
YES! We have a fully equipped locker room with everything you need to freshen up.
I haven't worked out in a long time (or ever). Will I be ok?
YES! This class is designed for all fitness levels.
I have some injuries - can I still do this class?
Most likely, but please contact us at sozofitnessgym.com, and chat with us there about your injuries before signing up.
What is the food plan like?
The food plan is anti-inflammatory. The ingredients include lots of veggies, fruits, protein and healthy carbs. The recipes are simple and use easy to find ingredients, but do require some prep. Ladies who have taken this class in the past tell us that they still make these recipes!
Who coaches this class?
Synergy is coached by Natalie Bordner. She has LOTS of experience coaching small groups. She has gotten rave reviews from past participants.
