Already have a solid workout routine? Great! Come in and use our wide variety of free weights and machines. We have dumbbells, plate-loaded equipment, cardio machines and everything you need to get a great workout. We are the best open gym in Chapin and we are fully equipped with every piece of equipment you need to help you put on more lean muscle mass or hit your next personal record!

Nutrition can be confusing… we can simplify it for you. Our team will work with you to help you understand what your daily intake of protein, carbs, and fat should be, and guide you to the optimal way of eating for you. We don’t promote diets, supplements or quick fixes. We believe in safe, sane and sustainable nutrition. That’s the Sozo way!
Searching for a healthy community? Join us for our group exercise classes. You’ll have fun and be challenged at your level. Our group exercise classes will help you build a strong body and mind by challenging you in different ways. Our classes range from gentle yoga to cycle to advanced full body so that no matter where you are starting from in your fitness journey we have something for you.
Are you tired of program hopping and searching for answers to how to reach your goals? Our trainers are here to help you by talking with you about your goals, and creating a customized plan for you. We know that one size doesn’t fill all, so we customize everything… your workouts, your nutritional guidance, your training calendar, and even where your trainings take place (our gym floor, our private studios, our back yard area). When you personal train with us, you have a team supporting you!

GETTING STARTED IS EASY
1. SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST VISIT
We will set up a convenient time for you to meet with a member of our staff who will give you a tour of our gym, go over our class schedule, and answer any questions you may have.
2. START YOUR HEALTHY JOURNEY
We will spend time chatting with you to help you determine the best path based on your goals. We can guide you on which of our classes to start with, give you tips for using the equipment on the gym floor, or set up a complimentary Fit3d scan and personal training consultation. Our goal is to set you up for success.
