Our goal for these sessions is for participants to:
* Have a good time
* Take a break from computers and phones
* Set some fun physical goals to work toward
* Have fun MOVING!
At Sozo we believe that it is our job to teach our members and class participants that exercise can be fun. We believe that people should feel better after a workout than when they started.
With those goals in mind, these sessions will include a variety of activities including fun warmups, games, drills, obstacle courses, relays, and even some free play. Classes will be geared toward all fitness levels, and supportive and friendly team work will be modeled and encouraged.
All classes will be held in the backyard area behind Sozo. In the event of inclement weather, class will be held inside our gym in Studio 1 (a private upstairs studio).
